URGENT HIRING — HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST STAFF
Reliance Group (PT Reliance Capital Management) is a growing Indonesian business group with an integrated portfolio across Investment, Protection, Financing, and Digital Platform. Founded in 2003, Reliance has developed a diverse ecosystem of business units and continues to expand its businesses across Indonesia.
We are currently looking for an HR Generalist Staff to join our team and support HR operations across the Group, particularly in managing the HR needs of our business units within the Property sector.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, communicative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working across various HR functions.
What You’ll Do:
- Attendance Management: Monitor and manage employee attendance, including daily checking, monitoring, and reporting to ensure accurate attendance records.
- Payroll Support: Support the payroll process through data collection, checking, and validation, including attendance and other payroll-related components.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interview, user coordination, offering, to onboarding.
- BPJS Administration: Manage BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan administration, including employee registration, data changes, mutations, and other related processes.
- HR Database & Administration: Maintain and regularly update employee databases and ensure HR records and documentation are accurate, complete, and well-organized.
- HR Documentation: Prepare and administer various HR documents, including internal memos, employment-related documents, and other HR administrative requirements.
- Employee Engagement & Employer Branding: Support employee engagement and employer branding initiatives, including the preparation of HR communication materials and visual content.
- HR Compliance: Ensure that HR administration and operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and applicable Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR Generalist or HR Operations.
- Have hands-on experience in payroll; experience as a Payroll Support is also welcome.
- Experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Have a good understanding of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manage, process, and report HR data.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data.
- Communicative and able to coordinate effectively with employees, users, and other stakeholders.
- Adaptable, proactive, fast learner, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of design tools and experience creating HR-related visual materials is a plus.
- Available to join in early October 2026 is highly preferred.
