Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & onboarding

• Payroll & Employee administration

• Training & development support

• Government and community relations

• Make sure legal compliance and license renewals are maintained

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience or in a similar role

• Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Proactive and willing to learn

• Able to work in Nusa Penida

• Available to join immediately
