MBN Consulting is looking for a detail-oriented, communicative, and experienced Human Capital professional to join our team as a Human Capital Executive Outlet managing multi-outlet HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Mass Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Fulfill operational manpower requirements for outlet positions (crew, barista, cook, cashier, outlet supervisor) in a timely manner.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, practical testing, and onboarding scheduling).
2. Payroll Processing & Attendance Management:
- Calculate and process multi-payroll (base salary, overtime, incentives, allowances, and deductions) with high accuracy.
- Oversee daily attendance, leave/time-off tracking, and overtime records as the foundation for payroll computation.
3. BPJS Health & Employment Administration:
- Manage enrollments, updates, status changes, and terminations via official portals: BPJS Kesehatan (Edabu) & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP BPJSTK).
- Perform monthly data reconciliation to ensure precise BPJS premium contributions.
4. Personnel Administration & Employee Relations:
- Maintain digital and physical employee files (employment contracts/PKWT, personal records) and track contract renewal schedules.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and disciplinary matters while upholding company SOPs and rules.
5. Training, Store Visits & HC Reporting:
- Develop training modules, checklists, and materials tailored to operational needs; oversee training execution and probation evaluations.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor staff conditions, probation performance, and training effectiveness.
- Compile periodic HC reports (payroll summaries, BPJS costs, turnover rates, fulfillment rates, and training evaluations).
6. Finance & Service Invoicing Coordination:
- Reconcile expert/staff resource allocation costs billed as service fees to outlets.
- Prepare invoice details, coordinate with the Finance team for validation, and ensure proper documentation and timely billing.
Key Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
- Experience : 1–3 years as an HC/HR Executive, HR Generalist, or HR Officer, preferably in F&B, Retail, or Multi-Outlet Management.
- Payroll & Banking : Proficient in outlet payroll processing (experience with Mekari Talenta, advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets for overtime, PPh 21, and deductions) and multi-bank transfer procedures/reconciliation.
- BPJS & Labor Regulations : Hands-on experience with Edabu (BPJS Kesehatan) and SIPP BPJSTK, alongside solid knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (PKWT/PKWTT/partnership agreements).
- Skills & Attributes : Strong mass recruitment capability, highly detail-oriented, honest, assertive, and willing to travel for regular store visits.
- Location & Work Arrangement : Head Office - Kemang, South Jakarta (WFO & Mobile/Store Visits).
