- Partner closely with Division Heads and Group Heads to support business objectives.
- Conduct regular discussions to identify organizational, people, and performance challenges.
- Provide strategic advice related to talent management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
- Support leadership in achieving operational and financial targets.
- Translate company objectives into department, team, and individual KPIs.
- Ensure performance evaluation processes are objective, measurable, and actionable.
- Guide managers in goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development planning.
- Monitor performance trends and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement training frameworks for technical and soft-skill development.
- Strengthen managerial coaching, mentoring, and feedback capabilities.
- Drive learning initiatives through OJT, classroom training, and coaching approaches.
- Support succession planning and talent pipeline development.
- Analyze workforce productivity, performance distribution, and talent risks.
- Utilize people analytics to support data-driven HR and business decisions.
- Identify capability gaps and recommend workforce optimization strategies.
- Support organizational restructuring and transformation initiatives.
- Drive adoption of new structures, processes, and ways of working.
- Manage employee engagement and resistance during periods of change.
- Facilitate alignment between business strategy and organizational capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, Organizational Development, or related strategic HR role.
- Experience supporting business transformation, restructuring, or organizational change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of performance management and KPI framework development.
- Experience in IT services
