Human Resources Business Partner

One of our clients in the retail & IT product distribution industry is currently looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business operations through strategic HR initiatives, employee management, and strong coordination with internal stakeholders.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

1. Partner with management and business units to support HR and business objectives
2. Handle end-to-end employee matters including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary process
3. Support manpower planning and organizational development initiatives
4. Monitor employee productivity, engagement, and operational HR issues
5. Provide HR advisory and support for operational and business teams
6. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and company regulations are implemented properly
7. Handle HR reporting, employee data, and coordination with related stakeholders
8. Support a fast-paced operational environment across retail and distribution functions

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

1. Based in Semarang or willing to work on-site in Semarang
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as HRBP, HR Generalist, or related HR roles
3. Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment
4. Experience in retail, distributor, FMCG, or operational-based industries is preferred
5. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
6. Able to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments
7. Proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple priorities
8. Familiar with HR policies, manpower handling, and operational HR support
