One of our clients in the retail & IT product distribution industry is currently looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business operations through strategic HR initiatives, employee management, and strong coordination with internal stakeholders.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Partner with management and business units to support HR and business objectives
- Handle end-to-end employee matters including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary process
- Support manpower planning and organizational development initiatives
- Monitor employee productivity, engagement, and operational HR issues
- Provide HR advisory and support for operational and business teams
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and company regulations are implemented properly
- Handle HR reporting, employee data, and coordination with related stakeholders
- Support a fast-paced operational environment across retail and distribution functions
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
- Based in Semarang or willing to work on-site in Semarang
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as HRBP, HR Generalist, or related HR roles
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment
- Experience in retail, distributor, FMCG, or operational-based industries is preferred
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple priorities
- Familiar with HR policies, manpower handling, and operational HR support
