Deskripsi pekerjaan HUMAN RESOURCES & GENERAL AFFAIRS (HRGA) COORDINATOR HOSEL BISTRO & DRIVING RANGE
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia for a Human Resources & General Affairs Coordinator. The individual will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. They will oversee compliance with labor laws, develop HR policies, and manage employee welfare programs. The role also involves handling general affairs, including office administration, maintenance facility and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the establishment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources Management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Proficiency in compliance with labor laws, HR policy development, and employee welfare program implementation
- Experience in general office administration and managing operational processes effectively
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar managerial role; familiarity with the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using HR and office management software
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
