Deskripsi pekerjaan Human Resources Administrative Officer PT. MIDAS DAYA TEKNOLOGI
- Support On and Off Boarding Program by preparing packets of information
- scheduling, communication & coordination other divisions, collecting and validating the completeness and accuracy of information.
- Oversees HRD’s Document Managemen by maintaining and managing files both electronic and hard copy.
- Assisting our paperless efforts by scanning, filling, organizing, and retrieving information as needed.
- Oversees Employee Database by keep and maintain each staff file in order and update contract, amendment, and Salary. To follow and gather of Performance Evaluations and Objectives.
- Support Payroll Process by maintaining payroll operations by gathering, calculating, and ensuring accurate employee salary, distributing checks, and maintaining payroll records.
- Manage on Accounts Payable by review, verify and scheduling payments for all invoices and payment requests.
- Examine Tax Process- by preparing data, payments and report return for PPh 21, 23 and VAT.
- Keep Update and Understand Government Regulation related to Labor.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting or Psychology
- Proven administrative, finance and HR experience
- Flexible and adaptable in approach to work with the ability to multi-task
- Meticulous and accurate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Above average critical thinking ability
