We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Specialist & Assistant to join our team in Pademangan, Jakarta Utara, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Human Resources Specialist & Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to manage payroll processes efficiently and accurately. You will also play a crucial role in recruitment activities, ensuring that we attract top talent for various positions within the company. Additionally, you will assist in developing human resource strategies that align with our organizational goals. Your duties will include maintaining employee records, conducting performance appraisals, and providing administrative support to the HR department. You will be instrumental in enhancing the overall work environment and contributing to the professional development of our employees.

We are looking for a candidate who is a female with a Bachelor’s degree and at least one to three years of experience in the field of human resources. While we value experience, we are equally interested in candidates who are eager to learn and grow in their career. Key skills required for this position include proficiency in payroll management, expertise in Microsoft Office applications, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and knowledge in human resource development. You should also possess excellent administrative skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters related to human resources.
