About the role
A Human Resources role managing recruitment, employee administration, and relations within an organization.
Key responsibilities :
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interview, to onboarding
- Manage employee administration and database in a structured manner
- Monitor attendance, leave, permits, and employee administrative needs
- Handle employee communication and issues professionally
- Coordinate with each department to support employee needs and development
About you :
- Minimum D3/S1 education in Psychology, Management, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Understanding of recruitment, onboarding, administration, and employee relations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough, responsible, proactive, and able to maintain data confidentiality
