Key Responsibilities:
- Support in end to end recruitment processes.
- Assist in HRIS (Talenta) data maintenance & employee databases and documentation
- Support HR operations & employee lifecycle administration
- Help prepare HR metrics & simple analysis
- Support employer branding & employee engagement activities that are relevant, creative and align with the company culture.
- Assist General Affairs & HR documentation, including office support and policy updates.
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Management, Legal, or Communication Studies.
- Having a basic understanding of Google Sheet formulations (V/Hlookup, Pivot, etc)
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and comfortable handling administrative tasks.
- Familiar with Google Workspace; basic understanding of HR or recruitment is a plus.
