Design and implement development plan in the HR department, Plan and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career
progression, Promote a positive work environment.
Requirements:
* Having a Growth Mindset, Customer Service, and Intergrity is a must
* Min bachelor degree in Psychology (Min GPA 3.00) from a reputable university
* Experienced working as a HR Supervisor for a minimum of 2 year
* Excellence communication skills written, verbal, and presentation
* Understanding of remuneration system
* Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
* Effective decision-making skills
* Willing to work on site in East Jakarta
