HR RECRUITMENT STAFF
📍 Tebet, South Jakarta
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Benefit: Basic Salary, Monthly Performance Bonus, THR, Annual Leave
Job Description
1. Source and identify potential candidates through social media platforms, job portals, and live streaming platforms.
2. Schedule candidate screening sessions and interviews.
3. Conduct interviews and monitor the recruitment process from screening to hiring.
4. Negotiate employment terms and extend job offers to selected candidates.
5. Organize and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires.
6. Create and manage recruitment content for the company's social media accounts.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in HR Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or KOL/Influencer Recruitment is preferred.
3. Strong communication, candidate engagement, negotiation, and organizational skills.
4. Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Passion for the entertainment, live streaming, and TikTok industry is a plus.
6. Willing to work on-site in South Jakarta.
