Deskripsi pekerjaan Human Resource People Development Supervisor Transmarco
- Build and maintain sourcing channels to make sure fulfilling candidates is on track and the whole of recruitment process aligns with SLA
- Responsible for all administration of the recruitment process from sourcing until hiring such as application form and candidates mandatory document so that new employees will have smooth on boarding process
- Responsible for updating the Job Descriptions & Job Specifications
- Preferably has knowledge of effective organization development methods
- Identifies the Training needs and gaps in the company
- Responsible for conducting and evaluating Training Program
- Prepare materials needed for training
- Deliver Training Orientation Program
- Create regular update in database and tracking systems to keep-up-to-date records of both vacancies, and applicants, and use this data to organize workload, produce mail merge documents, statistics and other information as required
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management/Education or equivalent
- Excellent written/oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with strong Excel skills
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress interview, etc)
- Have experience min 2 year (handing Recruitment, Training and Development will be an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal skills, trustworthy and high integrity
