General Requirements
- Undergraduate students in Psychology, Human Resource, or other related majors.
- Minimum 3.00 of 4.00 GPA.

Job Description
- Develop and manage overall HR programs and policies.
- Develop Company's HR system.
- Doing the recruitment & selection, interview HR and orientation of new employees.
- Planning for employee training and development.
- Implement systematic employee development procedures.
- Responsible for the employee performance appraisal process (KPI).
- Responsible for attendance and payroll.
- Advertise job vacancies on job portals and social media
