General Requirements

  1. Undergraduate students in Psychology, Human Resource, or other related majors.
  2. Minimum 3.00 of 4.00 GPA.
  3. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  4. Eager to learn, high motivation.
  5. Versatile and having a good work ethic.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Creative and able to work in a team.
  8. Willing follow a probation period for maximum of 4 months to get job contract offers based on performance review.
  9. Proficient in using Office Software (Microsoft Office, WPS, Polaris, LibreOffice).

Job Description

  1. Develop and manage overall HR programs and policies.
  2. Develop Company's HR system.
  3. Doing the recruitment & selection, interview HR and orientation of new employees.
  4. Planning for employee training and development.
  5. Implement systematic employee development procedures.
  6. Responsible for the employee performance appraisal process (KPI).
  7. Responsible for attendance and payroll.
  8. Advertise job vacancies on job portals and social media

Synapsis.id was founded in 2019 when the demands of “Indonesian made” Internet of Things devices is high and there were very few companies that able to fulfill the requirement to provide an end-to-end IoT solution in Indonesia.

Synapsis is taken from the word “synapse”, which are vital structures that connect every neuron in the human body and allow cells to send electrical or chemical signals to other target neurons. as our motto to connect everything. We want to help our partners to be connected to the solution through synapsis.id framework.

The synapsis.id logo consists of two symbols that have identical shapes, light blue and dark blue which can be interpreted as needs and solutions. Each symbol of light blue and dark blue is identical, but it would not be compatible without the letter S bridge in the middle which symbolizes that synapsis.id is a bridge to unite the two symbols.

Synapsis.id are registered as PT. Synapsis Sinergi Digital that aims to support our partners in solving their problems in efficient and effective way using advanced and reliable Internet of Things solutions. To achieve our visions, we provide end-to-end services from analysing, designing, prototyping, manufacturing, and installing the integrated IoT solutions. We are experienced in developing IoT systems. Our IoT systems have been deployed to solve the problems in offices, cities, and also rural villages (3T: Tertinggal, Terdepan, dan Terluar) in Indonesia.
