Deskripsi pekerjaan Human Resource Officer PT DISCLOSURE RETAIL INDONESIA
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Management, Law, or related field
- 2-3+ years of solid experience in HR roles, preferably in F&B (restaurant, cafe, or multi-outlet chain)
- Experience partnering with management, area managers, and outlet managers on people-related needs and workforce strategy
- Experience handling large numbers of operational employees, including mass recruitment and shift-based workforce managementStrong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, PKWT/PKWTT, BPJS, and PPh 21
- Experience handling employee and industrial relations cases (bipartite/mediation)
- Able to analyze HR data (turnover, attendance, labor cost) and turn it into recommendations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HRIS/payroll systems
- Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to conduct regular outlet visits and be flexible with working hours during peak periods or new outlet openings
- Willing to work on-site in Bandung, West Java.
