We’re looking for Human Resource (HR) and General Affair (GA) Officer. The pay range and health insurance we’re offering are higher than the industry-standard and based on the qualification and experiences of the candidates. · Bachelor Degree (Psychology is preferred)
· A minimum of 1 (one) year experience in Human Resource is preferred
· Experience in dealing with Manpower Department, Tax Office and BPJS Office
· General knowledge of managing the office operation
· Result-oriented & problem-solver
· Team-player who can work under minimum supervision
· Conducting the recruitment process based on the company’s requirements
· Managing the overall administration of promotion, demotion and rotation of staffs
· Keeping the personal and legal documentations of all staffs up-to-date
· Working with the Finance team, ensuring timely reporting of tax and BPJS of all staffs
· Working with the Finance team, managing staffs’ monthly remuneration & bonuses
· Managing the staff attendance and leave administration via HR application
· Creating a fun and productive working environment to support the company’s goals
· Resolving internal and external issues among staffs
· Managing office infrastructures to support the operation of the company
