Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain and manage employee records, attendance, and leave tracking systems.
- Support employee performance evaluation and development initiatives.
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Coordinate internal events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
- Act as a communication bridge between employees and management to foster a healthy work culture.
- Represent the HR department in a manner aligned with the Disclosure brand
Requirements:
- Female, maximum 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably within retail or creative industry settings.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software tools.
- Passion for fashion, youth culture, and working in a collaborative, creative team is a plus
- Interest or background in fashion, content creation, or youth-driven communities is a strong plus
