We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead centralized function of Human Resources department in our subsidiary, PT DIPO Internasional Pahala Otomotif, one of the biggest Mitsubishi automotive dealerships in Indonesia.
As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in aligning and executing the company’s Human Resources strategy with overall business objectives. You will work closely with management and business leaders to understand organizational needs and translate them into effective people strategies, policies, and HR initiatives that support business growth and organizational effectiveness.
You will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, from Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development, Employee Engagement, to Industrial Relations. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring that HR policies and practices are effectively implemented while maintaining a positive, productive, and compliant working environment.
As part of the HR organization, you will also act as a key HR Business Partner to the Holding HR team, coordinating and providing accurate employee, organizational, and HR-related data and information as business feedback for policy development and decision-making. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across functions to identify HR challenges, provide practical solutions, and ensure alignment between company needs and Holding HR policies and initiatives.
In addition, you will lead and develop the HR team, establish effective HR processes and governance, monitor key HR metrics and workforce trends, and drive continuous improvement across HR practices. You will be expected to provide HR insights to management, support organizational change, manage employee relations and labor-related matters, and contribute to building a strong people-oriented culture that supports the company’s business objectives. Experience in the automotive industry will be considered an advantage, particularly for candidates who understand the dynamics of a fast-paced, customer-oriented business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and align HR strategies, programs, and initiatives with the company's business objectives.
2. Manage the end-to-end HR function, covering Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development, Employee Engagement, and Industrial Relations.
3. Partner with management and business leaders to identify workforce needs and provide effective HR solutions.
4. Act as an HR Business Partner to the Holding HR team by providing relevant HR data, insights, and feedback to support policy development.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations and company policies.
6. Lead and develop the HR team to deliver effective and responsive HR services.
7. Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends to support management decision-making.
8. Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance management, and other industrial relations issues.
9. Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and systems to improve organizational effectiveness.
10. Support organizational development, talent management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
11. Facilitate organizational change and ensure effective communication of HR policies and initiatives.
12. Provide regular HR reports, analysis, and recommendations to management and Holding HR.
13. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and promote a positive employee experience and organizational culture.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
2. 8–10 years of HR experience with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour regulations, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
4. Proven experience in managing multiple HR functions and working closely with business stakeholders.
5. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate HR data into actionable business insights.
7. Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a dynamic business environment.
8. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
