RESPONSIBILITIES
• Recruitment & Employer Branding for Octav Group
• Identifying manpower needs across divisions
• Sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and conducting psychological tests to fill available positions
• Align with government procedures and regulations
• Assure KPI achievement in every division by numbers
• Develop, implement, and update HR Policies and Procedures
• Increase employee experience
• Ensure SOP & KPI are implemented and followed effectively
• Assist on People Development initiatives and company events
• Responsible for organization chart updates on Shopatblow System
• Ensure hiring managers align in their understanding and usage of the performance management policy, framework, and processes
• Maintain a clear and structured onboarding program
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience (more than 5 years) as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and
hiring managers
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
