Human Resource Manager

The Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the growth and success of Verita Core Indonesia. Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment and onboarding process, maintaining accurate HR records and databases, overseeing employee performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The manager will also be responsible for designing and delivering training programs focused on life skills, financial literacy, and workplace counseling. Additionally, they will collaborate with leadership to create a positive and inclusive work culture that empowers employees to thrive.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. They should have between 3 and 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably within a similar organizational structure or mission-driven environment. Proficiency in People Development, Microsoft Excel, HR Administration, Microsoft Outlook, HRIS Database Management, Human Resources Management, Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Human Resource Development (HRD) is required. A strong commitment to personal and professional growth, along with the ability to work collaboratively and independently, will make an ideal candidate for this role.
