PT. TRUSCO NAKAYAMA INDONESIA
PT. TRUSCO NAKAYAMA INDONESIA is a specialized trading company
that procures PRO TOOL from suppliers and sells them to machinery tool dealers, online shopping, home centers, and other customers.
We are looking for creative, discipline, work hard person with following position;
HUMAN RESOURCE (JAPANESE SPEAKER)
Mandatory Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen.
- Age: Late 20s to early 40s.
- Open to all genders.
- Proficient in Japanese for business communication (JLPT N2 or higher is preferred).
- Proven experience in Human Resources (HR).
- Experience working for a Japanese company.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Available to start work in August 2026.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience in employee relations, HR administration, and payroll processing.
- Experience handling BPJS administration and government-related HR procedures.
- Experience processing work permits and KITAS applications for foreign employees.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience using HR systems such as SAP, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
