Job Description:
- Maintenance: Handle form & database administrative for preventive, planned & breakdown maintenance
- Maintenance: Assist in the management of Asset Maintenance
- K3: Assist in the management & control of P3K, APAR, Alat Kerja, Alat Kebersihan & APD
- K3: Assist in the standardization of K3 Implementation
- Facility & Asset management: Assist in supervising office maintenance (cleanliness, repairs, IT equipment functionality) and keep an updated log of company assets (laptops, chairs, keys).
- Office Administration: Monitor and manage inventory for office supplies, pantry snacks, and stationery. Handle the purchasing and restocking process.
- Internal Communication: Assist in design, placement & socialization of hr policies, engagement events, facility updates
- HR: Assist in training record administration & training content revising
- HR: Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist in preparing welcome kits for new hires, setting up their profiles in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), and organizing orientation schedules. Help collect company assets during offboarding.
