Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including CV screening,interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Assist in sourcing and maintaining candidate databases.
- Support HR administrative tasks, including employee documentation and data management.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new employees.
- Help prepare HR reports and recruitment trackers.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Provide general administrative support for the HR team
Requirements:
- Final-year Psychology student or fresh graduate in Psychology.
- Strong interest in Recruitment and Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast paced environment.
- Preferably domiciled in Jakarta / Tangerang area.
Plus Points:
- Familiar with psychological assessments, psychotests, or psychograms.
- Familiar with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn or Glints is preferred.
