We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our Company as a Human Resources Intern based in BSD, Tangerang, Indonesia or nearby areas (paid program)
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
- Assist in sourcing and maintaining candidate databases
Support HR administrative tasks, including employee documentation and data management
- Assist with onboarding processes for new employees
Help prepare HR reports and recruitment trackers
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations
- Provide general administrative support for the HR team
This Role Is Ideal If You:
- Final-year Psychology student or fresh graduate in Psychology
- Strong interest in Recruitment and Human Resources
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably/willing to be domiciled in Jakarta / Tangerang area
Plus Points:
- Familiar with psychological assessments, psychotests, or psychograms.
- Familiar with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn or Glints is preferred
