Deskripsi pekerjaan Human Resource Generalist PT Suwarna Alam Kreo
Role Description
- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
- Serve as a facilitator between management and employees to address concerns and improve workplace satisfaction
- Develop employee engagement program and initiatives
- Support and develop performance review processes and assist Leaders in employee evaluations
- Identify training needs and create employee development programs
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of HR experience in a generalist role.
- Experience in HR Management and HR Policies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
- Placement : On site Gamping - Yogyakarta
