Job Responsibilities :
- Implementing recruitment process, including job postings, resume screenings, interviews, and onboarding for new joiners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in the performance management process, including performance review, training, and development plans.
- Handle employee relation matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination processes.
- Support training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs and organizing relevant programs.
- Stay current with HR best practices, labor law, and industry trends to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Familiarity with current HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS Systems (Talenta), Basecamp (Project data)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Thrives in fast-paced environment
- Willing to join ASAP
- Willing to be placed in SURABAYA
