About the role

In this contract role based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur, you will play a crucial part in shaping the human resources practices of our growing organisation. Leverage your expertise in HR consulting and general HR to drive strategic initiatives that support our business objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Provide expert Human Resource advice and guidance to management and employees.
- Develop and implement Human Resource policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding mainly in the online or creative industry.
- Oversee employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Continuously improve HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Conducting working visits to several stores for performance audits.
- Update company regulations to be relevant to current conditions.
- Preferably experienced in Retail field
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resource or generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, industry regulations, performance appraisal, and Job description.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
- Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis.
- Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Phsychology, law or a related field.
