Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities in a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Responsibilities include assisting with employee data management, maintaining HR records, and helping prepare HR documents such as contracts, forms, and reports. The intern will help coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding processes. Additional tasks may involve assisting with employee engagement initiatives, supporting HR policy implementation, and providing general HR support to team members and employees. This role offers hands-on experience in HR within a dynamic cosmetics company and opportunities to learn from experienced HR professionals.
Job Description
- Recruitment Support: Screen resumes, schedule candidate interviews, and draft communications to prospective applicants.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Help prepare orientation materials, set up accounts for new hires, and collect required documentation.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in planning company events, team-building activities, and internal communications.
- Policy & Compliance: Help draft, organize, and archive HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance documents
