About The Role;
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional to support our Human Capital and General Affairs functions during a maternity leave period. This role will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, employee engagement programs, administrative processes, and general operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

📅 Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Leave Cover – 6 Months)

Responsibilities;
Human Resource
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for internship positions, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee and intern administration, including documentation, database updates, and personnel records.
- Support employee lifecycle administration and HR operational activities.
Employee Engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including weekly activities, monthly events, internal programs, and company gatherings.
- Act as moderator or PIC for internal engagement events and activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
Internal Communication
- Develop and publish the company's monthly newsletter.
- Coordinate content collection from various departments and ensure timely publication.
General Affairs & Operational Support
- Assist in device and office equipment procurement processes.
- Coordinate administrative matters related to office facilities and operational needs.
- Support General Affairs activities to ensure efficient workplace operations.
Requirements;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Administration, General Affairs, or Recruitment is a plus.
- Experience handling recruitment processes, particularly for IT, Engineering or other technical roles, will be highly preferred.
- Familiarity with sourcing candidates through hiring platforms, LinkedIn, job portals, or campus recruitment programs is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable coordinating events and engaging with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Able to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Available to work in a hybrid arrangement and based in/around Bandung.
- Available to commit to a contract period of approximately 6 months, starting from mid/late June 2025.
