1. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
2. Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
3. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety (BPJS)
4. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
5. Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business and personal contacts, potential vendors and relations, and cleaning
6. Procurement and inventory control of office stationery and supplies;
7. Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels, etc.)
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
1. At least 1 year experience as HR and GA. Fresh graduate with a proper knowledge will be consider
2. Bachelor degree in Management, Psychology, or any related fields
3. Good interpersonal skill
4. Good working knowledge of administrative procedures and ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently
5. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize routine and ad hoc tasks
6. Flexibility and the ability to work well independently and as a member of a team without close supervision
7. Understand about BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
