We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Capital professional with at least 5 years of experience in Human Capital and People Development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing people strategies, driving talent initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring HR practices align with the company's business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Capital, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or People Development.
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, organizational development, and people strategy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing cross-functional initiatives.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Human Capital strategies that support business goals and organizational growth.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
- Design and execute learning and development programs, leadership development initiatives, and succession planning.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent calibration.
- Partner with business leaders to identify organizational needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, high performance workplace culture.
- Develop and implement competency frameworks, career development plans, and individual development programs.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support data driven decision making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Manage and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and employee programs.
- Support organizational change management and culture transformation initiatives.
