Deskripsi pekerjaan Human Capital CORIM GROUP

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Capital professional with at least 5 years of experience in Human Capital and People Development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing people strategies, driving talent initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring HR practices align with the company's business objectives.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Capital, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or People Development.
  3. Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.
  4. Strong understanding of HR best practices, organizational development, and people strategy.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing cross-functional initiatives.
  7. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Human Capital strategies that support business goals and organizational growth.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
  • Design and execute learning and development programs, leadership development initiatives, and succession planning.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent calibration.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify organizational needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, high performance workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement competency frameworks, career development plans, and individual development programs.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support data driven decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Manage and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and employee programs.
  • Support organizational change management and culture transformation initiatives.
