Hold a university degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or other related disciplines.
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR administration.
Strong attention to detail with excellent administrative skills.

A strong team player with the ability to build effective relationships.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruiting tools is a plus.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Handle HR administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data management.
Maintain and manage employee contracts and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Conduct employee performance and competency assessments to support promotion and grading recommendations.
Foster strong employee relations by maintaining open communication and supporting company events and engagement activities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the availability and functionality of office equipment and resources.
Support the company’s current and future business needs by enhancing employee engagement, development, and retention.
Serve as a bridge between management and employees, addressing concerns, grievances, and other HR issues.
