As part of our growth, PT Abhinaya Energi Nusantara is looking for a Human Capital Supervisor to oversee HR operations and support business performance through effective people management, based in BSD, Tangerang.
Responsibilities
Manage manpower planning & end-to-end recruitment process
Oversee payroll, attendance, overtime & BPJS administration
Handle employee lifecycle (onboarding, mutation, resignation, termination)
Monitor KPI & performance appraisal process
Develop training programs & conduct TNA (Training Needs Analysis)
Ensure compliance with labor law & company policies
Prepare HR reports & workforce analytics
Implement employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Human Resources (Supervisor level preferred)
Strong knowledge of payroll, BPJS, and labor regulations
Experienced in handling end-to-end HR processes
Strong leadership, communication & analytical skills
Able to work in dynamic & fast paced environment
