Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree any major, (preferably from Management, Accountancy, Human Resource, Administration) from reputable university
- Minimum 1 year experience as Recruitment, preferably in Retail company
- Proficient with Ms. Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willing to work at Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara
Job Description:
- Perform administrative processes related to HR (employee database input, document checking, document filing, and others)
- Maintain employee data such as absence, overtime, leave, etc
- Ensure all the recruitment process running timely and accurately
- Input and process report system SIPP, E-dabu and related BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
- Prepare HR Documents like confirmation letter, explanation letter, and other employee documents
