Job Description
- Recruitment & Selection: Managing end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Payroll & Compensation: Handling payroll, salary structures, tax calculations (PPh 21), and employee benefits like BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan.
- Personnel Administration: Maintaining employee databases, tracking attendance, leaves, and managing employment contracts.
- Performance Management: Assisting with performance appraisals and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Training & Development: Supporting training initiatives to improve employee competencies.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensuring all HR practices comply with local labor laws and company regulations.
