JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Do end-to-end recruitment & hiring process
- Manage employee's personal data (attendance, overdue, furlough, overtime)
- Manage Industrial Relations (BPJS, Legal Aspect-Contract)
- Manage the career management process (includes KPI Assessment)
- Update job description and KPI
- Create HR Development program
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Law, or Psychology
- Minimal 2 years experience in the field of HR & GA/ HR Generalist
- ONLY WMAN, PRMPUAN
- Having experience and knowledge related to employment regulations and their implementation
Skilled in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in English (both written and verbal) in a professional manner.
Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
