Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field
- At least 5-7 years in HR management, preferably with experience in outsourcing or workforce management.
- HR Certifications such as CHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional), CHCM (Certified Human Capital Manager), or labor law certification.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, BPJS (social security), outsourcing regulations, and industrial relations.
- Ability to lead an HR team and collaborate with different departments.
- Overseeing employment contracts, payroll processing, benefits, and incentives for outsourced workers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple clients and workforce segments.
