- Develop and implement human capital strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
- Lead the recruitment process, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback, and career development programs.
- Create and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies, handling any employee relations issues that arise.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Lead initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors) and HR analytics.
- Proven ability to develop effective HR strategies and lead organizational change.
