Job Description
- Learn and support activities and project related to HC strategy and people management, such as organizational development, performance management, recruitment, and culture change management
- Managing the talent administration
- Compiling data for reports to users
- Other HC administration tasks
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in psychology, management, HR management or engineering
- Fresh graduate, and/or having less than 1 year experience in human resources field
- Basic understanding of human resources field, particularly recruitment, compensation and benefits concepts
- Have basic Ms. Office (excel, powerpoint, and word) abilities (calculation, lookup, pivoting)
- Meticulous and through in managing data
