Human Capital Intern

Hijack Sandals is seeking a Human Capital Intern to join our team. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources and is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to kickstart their careers in people operations and organizational development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, psychology testing, and conducting initial interviews.
• Support in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for Human Capital operations and documentation.
• Supporting Human Capital Staff in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology/Human Resource Management/Management .
• Strong communication skills and good interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work from the office at least 3 times a week in Bandung.
• Have interest or exposure in human resource management is a plus.
• Committed to join for 6 months internship.
