Qualifications – Human Capital
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital is preferred.
* Fresh graduates with strong knowledge and interest in Human Capital are welcome to apply.
* Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, performance management, training, and employee relations.
* Able to manage recruitment processes from job posting, candidate screening, interviews, selection, until onboarding.
* Able to support employee performance reviews, probation evaluations, and employee development programs.
* Have basic knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations, employment contracts, company policies, and HR procedures.
* Familiar with BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration is an advantage.
* Able to maintain employee records, contracts, attendance data, and other HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good command of English, both written and spoken.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Experience using HRIS, Odoo, or other HR management systems is an advantage.
* Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Proactive and able to identify HR issues and provide practical solutions.
* Have good problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments.
* Comfortable handling confidential employee information.
* Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
* Able to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
* Strong interest in people development, employee engagement, and building a positive workplace culture.
