Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Human Capital and operational management.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end HR functions: Recruitment, Payroll, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, and Talent Development.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and compliance practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
Job Description:
- Drive and lead the end-to-end Human Capital strategy, from workforce planning to talent development, aligning with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and continuously improve HR systems, policies, and processes to support organizational growth and scalability.
- Act as a strategic partner to management in managing industrial relations and ensuring full compliance with labor regulations.
- Champion a high-performance culture through impactful training programs, talent development initiatives, and performance management systems.
- Oversee company operations, including facilities, assets, and support services, to create a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
- Lead procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and management, ensuring optimal cost efficiency and service quality.
- Integrate Human Capital and operational functions to drive organizational effectiveness, productivity, and continuous improvement.
