Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager, Human Capital Manager, People & Culture Manager, or equivalent managerial role.
- Strong experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.
- Proven experience in leading and developing HR teams.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience in Organizational Development and Culture Building is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all Human Capital and HR functions within the organization.
- Develop and implement Human Capital strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Manage performance management and employee development programs.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Oversee compensation & benefits programs and HR budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Handle employee relations and industrial relations matters.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structures.
- Prepare and present HR reports and recommendations to management.
