Job Description:
- Conduct and evaluate end to end employee recruitment and selection process.
- Plan employee training programs through training needs analysis (TNA).
- Plan and control the implementation of performance appraisal and talent mapping for each department.
- Conduct assessment process for employees who will be promoted, demoted, and transferred.
- Plan the creation and/or improvement of competency modules, job descriptions, and standard operating procedures together with relevant departments.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to the arrangement of wage rates, benefits, and welfare programs applicable in the Company.
- Ensure employee administration processes are in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure company policies are in accordance with the development of labor regulations.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor in Psychology, Management, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and HR administrative processes is an advantage.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in solving administrative issues.
- Having good skills in using Ms. Office and Google Workspace.
- Having good communication skills both verbally and in writing, as well as strong negotiation skills.
- Placement in Cipayung, East Jakarta.
