Job Description:
- Oversee daily HC operations, including recruitment and administration.
- Manage general affairs such as office administration and assett, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR programs aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in HR / HC and General Affairs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
