Job Description
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, including payroll data collection and validation, ensuring timely payroll submission in accordance with company policies and timelines.
- Coordinate with outsourcing vendors regarding payroll processes, payroll clarification, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other compensation & benefit administration matters.
- Manage and analyze HC reports periodically to support department KPI monitoring and management reporting needs.
- Manage workload analysis implementation to evaluate manpower requirements and operational effectiveness across departments.
- Monitor and administer Compensation & Benefit programs, including benefit implementation and policy updates.
- Ensure the accuracy of HC data and employee administration, including benefit data, allowances, overtime, and other supporting documents.
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding HC operational needs, employee issues, and company policy implementation.
- Support the execution of HC administrative processes in accordance with company SOPs, timelines, and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Capital Operations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, or Human Resources Analyst roles.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, compensation & benefit administration, HC operations, and basic labor regulations.
- Experienced in payroll management, including payroll calculation, BPJS administration, and PPh 21 processing.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly in payroll review, reporting, data validation, and workload analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Formula, and other data processing functions.
- Good communication and coordination skills with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work systematically in a well-organized manner.
