HSE Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits at the worksite.
Lead incident investigations and develop preventive action plans.
Provide HSE training, induction, and awareness programs to all employees.
Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting.
Liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Promote a safety culture and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an HSE supervisory role, preferably in [industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing, oil & gas].
Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards.
Certified in HSE-related training (e.g., SMK3, ISO 45001, OHSAS, or equivalent).
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Willing to be placed in MM2100 Cibitung office.
