Deskripsi pekerjaan HSE Staff PT Daikin Applied Solutions Indonesia
Job Responsibilities :
- Implementation Contractor Safety Management System, HSE Plan and HSE Program of Daikin Applied Solutions Indonesia (DASI)
- Conducts worksite assessments to identify and evaluate safety hazard and health risks and compliance exposures. Develops strategies to reduce or eliminate these risks and exposures.
- Conduct HSE training and DASI SWP training for all employee in Daikin Applied Solutions Indonesia and Subcontractors
- Audit & Inspecting project locations (including equipments and material) to detect existing or potential safety
- incident and health hazards and management system deficiencies
- Provides information and communication materials to various worksites to assist with training, safety meetings, informational campaigns.
- Supervising high risk activity and give HSE advices.
- Assist the investigation of incidents and injuries, analyses incident causes and associated health hazards to target specific prevention strategies
- Supervising and Advising Contractors related with their HSE Performance
- Provide regular Daily HSE report and HSE monthly reports, as well as other production-related results and updates to the HSE Daikin Applied Solutions Indonesia
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in occupational Health and Safety with GPA min 3.00
- Must have the certification of General K3 (Ahli K3 Umum) or K3 BNSP
- Minimum 2 or 3 years experience preferably in HVAC projects or in Construction or Oil&Gas or equivalent
- Good knowledge on SMK3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Good knowledge with scaffolding, working at height, lifting plan, hot work and electrical safety
- Good Command in English
- Ability for multi-tasking and job prioritization
- Willing to work overtime and evening shifts when the project schedule required
- People oriented, excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills & time management skills

- Willing to be placed in : Pancoran - Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Selatan
