Deskripsi pekerjaan HSE Officer PT Ridho Agung Mitra Abadi (J-Forces)
We are still looking for an experienced and proactive HSE Officer to join our team and support the implementation of HSE programs across our manufacturing operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement and monitor HSE/K3 programs and ensure SMK3 compliance.
2. Conduct safety induction, training, toolbox meetings, and HSE awareness programs.
3. Perform workplace inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
4. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss events, including root cause analysis.
5. Coordinate emergency preparedness, response procedures, and drills.
6. Develop and maintain HSE documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, risk assessments, and reports.
7. Coordinate corrective and preventive actions and drive continuous HSE improvement.
8. Promote a strong safety culture across manufacturing and operational areas.
🔹 Qualifications:
1. D3/S1 in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Possess a valid General K3 Expert (Ahli K3 Umum/AK3U) certification.
4. Strong understanding of K3 regulations and SMK3.
5. Experienced in HSE inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and emergency response.
6. Experienced in preparing HSE documentation and reports.
7. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
8. Proactive, disciplined, detail-oriented, accountable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
