Position Purpose
The HSE Officer is responsible for implementing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices at project sites by ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and client requirements. The role supports safe execution of EPC projects through regular inspections, risk assessments, safety training, incident reporting, and continuous monitoring of workplace safety.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- Diploma in Industrial Safety, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification will be an added advantage.
- 3–6 years of experience in HSE within EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, Industrial, Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, or Oil & Gas projects.
- Sound knowledge of statutory HSE regulations, permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, incident reporting, and emergency response.
- Experience in conducting site inspections, toolbox talks, safety audits, and contractor safety monitoring.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HSE reporting tools.
